1. Service Description

TG Cinema Publisher is a private, operator-controlled automation tool for publishing cinema content to social media platforms. The Service is not publicly available — access is restricted to the authorized operator only.

2. Operator Responsibility

The operator who connects social media accounts (including TikTok) to this Service:

Is solely responsible for all content published through the Service
Must ensure that all published content complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of the target platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
Must hold all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any content (video, audio, images, captions) submitted for publishing
Must not use the Service to publish content that infringes copyright, contains illegal material, or violates platform community guidelines

3. Account Connection

The operator connects social media accounts to this Service voluntarily using the platform's official OAuth authorization flow. By connecting an account, the operator grants this Service permission to publish content on behalf of that account within the scopes explicitly authorized during the OAuth flow.

The operator may disconnect any connected account at any time through the Service management interface. Disconnection stops all future automated publishing to that account.

4. Content Approval

All content is reviewed and explicitly approved by the operator before being published. The Service does not publish content autonomously without operator approval. The operator retains full editorial control over what is published.

5. No Public Access

This Service has no public-facing user registration, public accounts, or public content submission. Only the operator interacts with the management interface. This page exists solely to satisfy requirements of third-party platform developer programs (such as the TikTok Developer Program).

6. Limitation of Liability

This Service is provided as-is for private operational use. The operator accepts full responsibility for all content published and for compliance with applicable platform terms and laws. The Service provides no warranties regarding publishing success, platform availability, or content outcomes.

These terms may be updated at any time. The most recent version is always available at this URL.
